Terms and Conditions:

Virtual Assistance Packages to do not apply to Graphic Design or Website Design Projects.  Virtual Assistance Packages do apply to copywriting and/or supervision of above projects.

For non-retainer projects, one-half the estimated total of your project is required when the quote is accepted. The balance is due before the finished project is delivered. The first monthly retainer payment  or 1/2 the marketing partner fee is due before the start of work. We recommend that you send your retainer payment via PayPal subscription. We will await check payments before start of work. DMA will send you an e-mail monthly detailed report of tasks performed and time taken to perform them. We will bill you at the base hourly rate for any hours over the retainer amount.

We will bill contracted hours in 15-minute increments. Payment is due upon completion of work. If requested, we can send most digital files to you upon completion of the payment process. We accept cash, check or money order. In the event of a returned check, a $40 return check fee is applicable. Extra charges for telephone use, printing, special materials, such as stamps, envelopes and special paper stock may be incurred. Rates are subject to change without notice. Half payment deposit is required on execution of contract. Unused hours are not refundable or carried over to future months. Added hours are billed at our regularly hourly rate.  Marketing Packages are non-refundable.
